About Cindy Hall

 

I was a RI Realtor for 35 years and fell in love with Wickford Village. My husband and I were married here in St Paul's Church and raised our two children here. We purchased this wonderful historic home in 1993 and spent one year renovating this Queen Anne Victorian, formally built for the Governor of RI, Governor William Gregory in 1883. Cindy Hall purchased this apartment in 1993.

Why Cindy Hall chose Wickford

In 1993 this wonderful Queen Anne Victorian was a listing in the real estate office across the street that I was working for. The property was in terrible neglected disrepair and I showed it to potential buyers and curious lookers many times. They shook their heads and informed me "It was just too much work". I knew my husband and I could bring it back to the former beauty that it was and so after many months on the market we made an offer and had the privledge of becoming the owners and caregivers to this wonderful Queen Anne Victorian prize. The renovation and repair was a full time one year commitment to bring this home back to the condition it deserved to be. We hope you enjoy your stay here, in this wonderful historic home!
