Notes:

This is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 3 family house. The other two apartments are also one bedroom each and are rented year round to very quiet tenants. There is also an office on the first floor used by one person on occasion for accounting who is also very quiet. There are no pets allowed on the property.
